Thomas, Roy

Roy Thomas is a Ahnisnawbe (Ojibway) artist, born in 1949. He is inspired by the presence of rock painting on Long Lac in the northwestern region of Ontario where he grew up. During his 25 years of painting, Roy has presented his art in 10 one-man shows in Toronto, Montreal and Thunder Bay, and has participated in numerous group shows in various parts of the country. Roy Thomas is presently living and painting in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
